Welcome to the Blame Sally Video Contest!

The Blame Sally songs "All Rise" and "Pass The Buddha" both came out of band member Renee's 2006 battle with and recovery from breast cancer. After losing their esteemed colleague Lhasa to the illness this January, the band would like to use this video contest to help raise awareness of this illness and to support the work of the Breast Cancer Fund. Help us to stop breast cancer before it starts! Video contest registrants are encouraged to make a $25 donation with each submission, and ask family and friends to do the same!

Breast Cancer Fund, San Francisco, CA

In response to the public health crisis of breast cancer, the Breast Cancer Fund identifies - and advocates for elimination of - the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.

No more than 10 percent of breast cancers are genetic, and science points to toxic chemicals and radiation as factors in the sharp rise of breast cancer incidence. Through public education, policy initiatives, outdoor challenges and other innovative campaigns, the Breast Cancer Fund mobilizes the public to secure the changes needed to stop this disease before it starts.
